Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Qatar

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a SENIOR CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR in DOHA, QATAR to join a firm of construction consultants.

This role will entail all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, running high value projects and dealing directly with clients.

Projects are all high value and my client works on high rise residential, hotels, mixed use, stations, sports and leisure facilities, port facilities and more.

THE CLIENT

My client is a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveying consultants with one office in Qatar.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor and your BSc or BSc Hons must be in Quantity Surveying.

You must also be MRICS qualified as a Quantity Surveyor.

You will need to have worked for a firm of private practice quantity surveyors or multi disciplinary firm of consultants.

You should have excellent client facing skills and feel confident in dealing with people of all nationalities.

You must have good pre contract and post contract experience.

You should have a stable work record.

You will need to have worked in the United Kingdom, New Zealand or Australia for a firm of PQS.

Overseas experience would be useful but is not essential.

Salary is in the region of 40000 QAR per month to 46000 QAR per month slightly negotiable plus health insurance, bonus etc.
