Estates Surveyor Client Side

This international real estate organisation operating from Birmingham are currently seeking to appoint a motivated Estates Surveyor. This expanding organisation has a substantial, predominately commercial, property portfolio based throughout England. The business also has operations across Europe and Asia. Due to growth, there is now a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to work directly with the Asset Management Director, taking ownership of their own portfolio of property. The role will have excellent autonomy and will allow the incumbent to develop rapidly with significant support, in this propco setting.. 

The role itself will be highly varied covering both property and asset management. You will be responsible for assisting with identifying and delivering on opportunities to create value from an asset management perspective. Additionally, you will oversee rent / lease renewals, site inspections, H&S matters, contractor management, service charge budgeting and broad property management duties.

To be considered for this opportunity, it's important you are able to hit the ground running and have a good grounding in property / estates surveying. It's key that the successful individual has experience working in fast paced environment and has the ability to adapt to different challenges on a daily basis. The role would be suitable for either an experienced property manager / surveyor, or an individual seeking to complete their APC.
