We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Estate Manager to take a lead role on an Estate in Hampshire. Here is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and well-established farm and estate management advisory consultancy.
About the Job
The job presents an exciting opportunity to take a lead role on a large Estate with varied and ongoing new projects. The role will also involve client advisory work mainly estate management, farm management and environmental management.
The role will involve providing professional advice as an MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor. You'll undertake estate and farm business reviews. A vital part of the role is to create new initiatives and secure new business opportunities. The role will involve a broad range of professional work.
The Ideal Candidate
The right candidate will be an MRICS qualified Estate Manager with great interpersonal skills. The desirable candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with a drive to take a lead role in the business. A strategic thinker with an interest and understanding of the management of the environment and its natural capital.
