Job Details

An up and coming, Cost Management consultancy with a national presence are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their extremely busy team in the South.

Working alongside a Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering commercial and residential based projects based around the M25, from inception to completion.

You will also carry out a Quantity Surveying / Project Management role on certain schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS
  • Experience carrying out a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager function
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Driving licence
  • PQS/Client side experience within the UK
  • Good communication skills
