Senior Surveyor to Associate.

Office Leasing Team. Central London.

Up to £45k + benefits & bonus.

Our client’s London Office Leasing team is expanding and is seeking either a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join this fast-paced market leading team.

Working mainly in support of a Partner you will have the opportunity to become involved in some of Central London’s most high profile instructions, helping to maintain and develop key client relationships.

Day to Day

Your main day to day role will comprise of managing current instructions, undertaking building inspections, carrying out associated negotiations and attending client meetings. In addition to this, you will be expected to maintain our various Business Generation initiatives whilst also assisting in the winning of new business.

You

Although beneficial, you would not necessarily need to be RICS qualified. However, a minimum of 4+ years’ experience is required along with a proven track record of working within the Central London Leasing market.

The ideal candidate would have robust knowledge of the London Office Leasing market or equivalent, be very motivated with a strong work ethic and impeccable attention to detail. Presentational skills and the ability to undertake cash flow analysis are also vital. The role will require advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Whilst part of the London Office Leasing team, this role is to be based principally in their City Office with the ability to work in our Headquarters in the West End as required.
