This highly successful driven team have recently won a host of new management instructions and require a specialist MRICS office management surveyor to assist with a London & South East portfolio.

Your new role

Surveyor / Senior Surveyor: Property Management- MRICS Essential

This is a permanent commercial property management opportunity for a commercial surveyor who holds a proven track record of managing high-end commercial office buildings in London, managing service charges, rent collections, tenant enquiries, alterations, L&T instructions and regular site visits & client reporting. There will also be an opportunity to manager a mix of industrial and retail assets across the portfolios.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualification - Essential

Office Property Management experience - Able to demonstrate a credible track record of delivering proactive management techniques to improve rental values, tenant mix and income streams. Experience of liaising with tenants and customers to build and improve relationships is a highly desirable skill.

What you'll get in return

This is a permanent job role that can offer a highly competitive surveyor / senior surveyor package depending on experience. c.£40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance
