Global leader in professional services looking for Valuations Manager within the London Real Estate team.
Your new company
Our client is a global leader in professional services, supporting business in financial valuations, accountancy and audits. With offices all over the world, this company specialises in providing business advisory services to a huge range of clients across all sectors. You will be joining the Real Estate Valuations team within the organisation's high-end City of London office.
Your new role
This hugely varied role will see you carrying out real estate valuations for all types of property (from traditional asset classes like Offices and Retail to alternative asset classes like Infrastructure and Care Homes) on behalf of a wide range of clients. You will primarily be assessing third-party RICS valuations for year-end audit purposes covering all five RICS methods of valuation.
You will be granted a high level of autonomy and will need to be able to back up your valuations to clients meaning strong communication skills are a must.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Qualified
- Ideally 2-5 years' PQE
- Relevant degree and experience of having worked within real estate valuations.
- You will have a thorough understanding of real estate valuations together with respective software packages.
- A confident and highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and an ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £40,000 and £50,000 + bonus + benefits.
