Job Description
CJ Bloor Property Consultants are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor.
The work will be in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.
The work will mainly consist of Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Reports and RICS Valuations.
The successful candidate will complete approximately 8 surveys a week with a set day designated to write up reports to ensure workload flows smoothly.
The surveyor will have administrative assistance including diary bookings.
The candidate must be a member of the RICS at either Member, Fellow or Associate level and have experience in completing building surveys to a high standard.
