Multi disciplinary consultancy based in Central London are looking for someone with a Building Surveying background to join their Employers Agent team supporting senior members with the delivery of Project Management and employers Agent services.
The role is a hands-on and client facing which will involve project management of multiple new-build residential and mixed-use projects.
They are looking for someone senior with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a role where they have held the position of Employers Agent for the majority.
The ideal candidate meet the following criteria:
> Educated to degree level
> Must be MRICS qualified
> Residential construction experience
> Excellent communication skills
> Confident in a client facing role and able to work both independently and as part of a team
> Ambitious and seeking to progress your career
