WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be part of a dedicated team providing expert professional advice to a range of infrastructure and utility clients. Typically these clients’ property portfolios are diverse, ensuring that our surveyors have the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and skillsets as property professionals working within the utility and infrastructure sector.

The nature of our clients’ portfolios mean that no two days will be the same. The extensive landholdings mean there is the potential to make your mark and add real value to our clients’ portfolios. You will need to have a good understanding of residential tenancies, rural and commercial agreements including energy leases and a common-sense approach to management. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, reporting to clients and generally advising our client teams.

You will be confident in your ability to provide strategic advice to clients and successfully deliver the management of numerous estates with the support of the wider Dalcour Maclaren team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You will be someone who loves working as a team player in a dynamic, fast-growing business. You’ll have great verbal and written communication skills and be excited to join a business that is passionate about delivering a first class innovative service. You may have experience of managing and growing diverse teams across an organisation with a #OneTeam approach.

You will live within commuting distance of our Bicester or Kent Office. Daily office attendance is not essential, as the business offers a flexible approach to remote working, so long as you and your teams are meeting objectives.
