Senior Building Surveyor

Full time, 37 hours per week

You will have an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying and have maintained MRICS status.

You will assist in the provision of a full property maintenance service, including contract procurement, cost/budget control and in ensuring that the Building Surveying Services Section implements and manages a full Health & Safety regime for all properties for which it has a responsibility.

You must have extensive property experience in the Building Surveying Discipline and be fully cognisant with CDM15, understanding client, designer and contractors duties and responsibilities.

You will have extensive work experience in a commercial, multi-disciplined environment, providing building surveying services, including: dilapidations, condition surveys, contract administration and defect analysis. 

You will also have a good level of construction knowledge and experience preparing and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments and have asbestos awareness training.
