Property Manager/ Client Side/ Scotland/ Remote Working/ RICS

Hays are exclusively working with a client- side organisation in the hospitality and leisure sector, to help them recruit a Property Manager. Our client has over 500 properties throughout the UK and is looking for the correct candidate to manage their portfolio in North of England and Scotland. You will be based at home, however travel to sites will be necessary.
Your new role
As a Property Manager you will deliver a successful investment programme meeting and exceeding agreed targets for time, cost and quality, contributing to the identification of investment and unlicensed opportunities to exploit potential from the estate. You will protect & enhance the Company's property asset through proactive management of all repairs & maintenance and through engagement with the lessees and the operations team. You will be required to optimise potential retail opportunities whilst delivering great customer satisfaction and improved cost savings.The Property Manager will ensure statutory compliance in relation to Asbestos, Legionella, fire safety, electrical and gas regulation etc
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a multi retail site property role as building surveyor or project manager
- RICS qualified
- Up to date knowledge of statutory compliance legislation
- Experience of budgetary & financial cost control
- IT Literate
Desirable Skills and Expertise
- Experience in the Leisure field
- Working knowledge of landlord / tenant legislation
- Small project management and multi-project management experience
