Senior Development Manager - Build to Rent Leader - Nationwide Travel

We are proudly collaborating with one of the UK’s largest build to rent platforms, seeking to hire a hands-on Senior Development Manager with build to rent experience and the desire to progress to Development Executive with a growing business.

My client is a trendy, well-funded residential led developer known for its luxurious, eye-catching mixed use neighbourhoods and PRS schemes across most major cities in the UK. They are extremely active at present with 1 million square feet of development pipeline, worth close to £3bn.

Your  role will see you reporting to the board, taking ownership of a portfolio of developments across the country. You will be involved in all stages of the development from appraisal, analysis and design, yet spending the majority of your time working closely with the project team, seeing the developments through to handover and completion.

We are looking for leaders with prior experience in the private rented sector who boast technical knowledge in both front end development management and project management. Your duties will see you get involved in planning, feasibility and funding while also seeing projects through to construction, working with contractors to ensure schemes complete on time and on budget.
