This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior / Assistant Project Manager to join a small team of experts in a growing consultancy based in their London Office (with remote working for the time being and then agile working if required in the future. This fun, young, vibrant Project Management Consultancy is a recognised, successful and thriving company but still up and coming and exciting to work for.

You as Assistant Project Manager will get the chance to work on a mixture of refurbishments and new builds in Higher Education, Commercial fit out & New Build residential/mixed use developments throughout London whilst facilitating design meetings and assisting the project managers and senior project Managers to learn as much as possible, as quickly as you are able to.

We are looking for an outgoing team player with the ability to build long term relationships, successfully manage complex tasks in a positive and proactive manner, prioritise your workloads and deliver deadlines with an outgoing and sincere personality.

Assistant Project Manager - Key Experience and Knowledge:

• 18 months through to circa 3 years experience in property and construction Project Management - ideally with another consultancy

Assistant Project Manager - Education and Qualifications:

• Ideally a graduate degree in a relevant discipline for construction project management or equivalent
• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following field's i.e. construction, project management, surveying although on the RICS or APM route is fine
