Senior Building Surveyor

A forward-thinking private practice are seeking a client-facing Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit yet expanding, Central London based Building Consultancy team.

The Role?

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be client-facing, commercially minded and work predominantly alongside a London based Real Estate Investment Trust comprised of £3.5b+ of commercial and prime residential property.

This is a varied traditional building surveying role that will encompass the full remit of traditional building surveying services including pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of dilapidations and contract administration,

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?

• 5+ years client facing building surveying experience
• Diverse professional services and project delivery background
• Private practice/consultancy exposure
• Client-facing with the soft skills required to effectively network with a range of property professionals

In Return?

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
