A property investment company are looking to add a Leasing Manager to their Commercial Team. They have a multi-million pound portfolio of assets across the South East and require a Leasing Manager to actively facilitate commercial lettings to meet occupancy targets. Day to day you will be working closely with the estates team to help shape the leasing strategies. You will have previous leasing experience, along with a track record of successfully negotiating with tenants and agents. For more information please contact Alistair Carter.
