Insurance Property Claims Surveyor - Consultancy - Central London

Your new company

Reporting directly to the Head of Insurance, the incumbent will be working on larger value project managed remedial work, both domestic and commercial property, insurance claim projects across the South East of the country.

Your new role

• You will support the continued growth of the Insurance department and deliver insurance claim, diagnostic evaluation, validation of proposed works and project manage reinstatement works
• Managing contractors to the required performance and delivering quality outcomes with the loss adjuster/insurer and policyholder engagement is critical.

What you'll need to succeed

• The successful candidate will have surveying knowledge and contractual expertise as these will be core elements of the role.
• There is the need to have the ability to be able to communicate effectively at all levels including via key reporting processes.
• IT knowledge and embracing new methodologies is an essential requirement.
