Up to £35,000 package + benefits

My client is looking for an assistant quantity surveyor to work on a number of projects within the residential sector. You’ll be joining an excellent team and be given excellent APC support.

Requirements;

• RICS accredited construction / property related degree, i.e. quantity surveying or building surveying etc
• Ideally experience within a property or construction consultancy

Duties;

• Advise on costs involved in projects
• Prepare bills of quantities
• Evaluate tenders
• Employers Agent
