Interim Acquisitions & Disposals Surveyor - Local Authority - 12 Months – Hampshire – £550/day

My Local Authority Client based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for an Interim Acquisitions & Disposals Surveyor to join the team on a 12 month contract.

Skills/Requirements/Responsibilities

-The client is looking for someone MRICS qualified with experience working within a local authority.

-Responsibilities include: carrying out a full review of the clients commercial property portfolio, assessing strengths and weaknesses, acquisition of new sites in order to increase revenue streams, disposal of surplus properties, and preparing reports/appraisals.

-The role is completely homeworking with occasional site visits required.

-The successful applicant will need to have extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals.
