Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a leading client side organisation with a significant portfolio of assets across the United Kingdom. This PLC business is now seeking to appoint an Senior Property Manager to oversee a varied and growing portfolio. The business employs a large team of chartered surveyors and offers excellent development and progression opportunities. 

The role itself will involve complete management of the portfolio, duties will include:
  • Property inspections and tenant review meetings
  • Service charge management including budgets and annual reconciliations
  • Management of planned and reactive maintenance contracts
  • Health & Safety compliance management
  • Contractor liaison and management
  • Effective tenant communication and support
  • Rent collection and debt control
  • Providing technical support to our in-house Helpdesk staff
  • Lease management ensuring compliance of both the Landlord and Tenant
  • Overseeing Lease assignments, Licence for Alterations etc and liaising with solicitors
  • Liaison with the wider London based property team.
  • Support the drive for change and improvement within the business.
  • Potential travel throughout London and the South East.
To be considered, you will need to be an MRICS Surveyor with a strong background in commercial property management.
