Due to continued growth and demand for our services, Camsure Homes are seeking experienced RICS regulated Surveyors to join our rapidly expanding team covering various areas across the UK. 

Camsure Homes are an award winning, independent, family run firm of RICS surveyors established in 2006. Specialising in Building Surveys, Home Buyer Reports and Red Book Valuations we pride ourselves on our friendly working environment and client centred approach which is reflected in our fantastic review portfolio.

As the Company continues to expand, a number of senior and managerial roles will become available to our surveyors. These roles will see those employees managing a team of surveyors and working closely with the management team in developing the business.

We would like to hear from:

Chartered or Associate RICS professionals preferably with some experience in residential Building Surveying and Valuations. We do not currently conduct valuations for secured lending and this is not envisaged going forward.

In return we offer the successful Building Surveyor:

A highly attractive initial salary ranging from £45,000 - £60,000

We offer a unique commission structure which offers a realistic OTE which sees our current surveyors taking home between £500 and £1500 a month in commission.

Subject to very realistic quotas, you will be offered the freedom to structure your week in a home based friendly working environment.

You will receive ongoing CPD and excellent training from our highly experienced team.

Other benefits include car allowance, pension contributions and payment of your annual RICS membership.
