Description

Seeking a Project Manager able to display competence in delivery of small to medium sized projects, and able to support Seniors or Associates in supporting the delivery of Large projects. Clients could range from Public Sector and local authorities, to developers, institutions, SME's or large national or international corporations.

Manage or assist Seniors in associated works related to the delivery of the project from inception to completion.

Manage internal and external project and client teams, 3rd parties and consultants.

Deliver projects through full lifecycle, pulling together the project team and programme.

Track projects, monitor and provide reports and updates to all stakeholders.

Profile

A Project Manager/Surveyor with 3+ years PQE in delivering projects.

Experience with RIBA or other related project life cycles

PMO or Contract Administration experience

Able to demonstrate Project Management competence and skills

Ideally degree qualified, plus MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar.
