Job Details
Reporting to the Head of Property, the Head of Estates will be responsible for leading the Asset Management team and delivering a robust Estates strategy which will see continuity and growth of the rental roll.
The Head of Estates will manage a team of six, comprising of surveyors & lease officers. The team has responsibility for managing the commercial and operational portfolio. However

The client is a West Midlands based public sector organisation who have a high performing culture and a dynamic view for the future. The client has an interesting & varied commercial portfolio consisting of c750 operational and non operational units. The organisation itself is heavily invested in the regeneration of the region with this role being a pivotal element to that.
Description
This role will comprise both transactional estate management and the 1-year strategy planning looking after c750 properties in their portfolio with a rental roll of around £3million. A key responsibility will include future investment to support further business growth.
