Chartered Building Surveyor

Our Client is a multi-disciplinary building surveying practice that has rapidly developed a reputation for delivering a high-quality service and reliability, with a personal approach and positive attitude.

With offices in Brentwood and Central London, they service the whole Greater London area and the South East but also work with clients throughout the UK.

Due to increased workload and company growth, they are now seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to work out of their Shenfield Office.

The ideal building surveyor (preferably chartered or near chartered) will have experience of project management/contract administration, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports, across both residential and commercial sectors. This is a perfect position for a chartered building surveyor who is looking to take the next step in their career, with the successful candidate eventually managing, mentoring, and growing a team under their supervision.

Remuneration for the successful chartered building surveyor with include a basic salary between £40k - £60k, 5% commission on all new business brought in (for the first 6 months), RICS fees & CPD paid, with a generous mileage allowance (45p per mile) and company pension scheme.
