Senior Building Surveyor (Employers Agent)

Our client is a longstanding property consultancy based in London. Due to new and repeat business, they are looking for a chartered building surveyor who is project bias and enjoys Employers Agent / Contract Administration.

The business employs circa 50 staff providing the full array of building consultancy services including building surveying, project management, cost management, CDM, architecture and more. The building surveying team cover all aspects of surveying ranging from acquisition to asset management, contract administration, neighbourly matters, employer’s agent, surveys as well as FRA.

The opportunity would suit a senior surveyor who enjoys work, who has the ability to retain and generate business. They have a number of new build projects within the residential space, as well as a number of major refurbishments within the education and leisure sectors.

The position will be hands on, so it’s important that you are experienced in the above and are comfortable in producing specifications for works, tender reports, and conducting site meetings. You will be the clients point of contact for which it would be your responsibility, to help nurture that relationship and continue to generate further business down the line.

The opportunity is challenging, yet very rewarding and has great prospects for the successful surveyor. The business will pay a solid basic salary up to £60,000, plus pension, bonus, healthcare, 23 days holiday and more
