Building Surveyor - Condition Surveying

1st Select are working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading consultancies. We are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor with Condition Surveying expertise to join their London health team. 

The main focus will be condition surveys on hospitals in the London area. We are looking for an individual who has experience of NHS properties and using handheld tablets. This role will primarily be focused in London and with current restrictions a local candidate would be preferred

Ideally we are looking for individuals with the following qualification and experience:

• The ideal candidate will have a Building Surveying/Mechanical degree or equivalent
• Managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
• Experience of capturing data on a tablet
• Strong understanding of Condition survey and defect diagnosis.
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft excel
• Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
• Previous experience of facet survey experience within the NHS is also beneficial but not essential.
