Job Details
This London-based consultancy works with leading clients across the Commercial, Leisure, Private Healthcare & Residential sectors. They are looking to grow the team with the addition of a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor due to increased workload and exciting growth plans to double the headcount in the next 3 years.
The Senior Project Surveyor will look after a portfolio of projects and deliver quantity surveying services from inception to completion, working closely alongside the client team and other stakeholders. They will monitor a variety of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets.
The company has a non-corporate culture where employees are given a high level of autonomy and there are excellent opportunities for progression within the business.
Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar and be MRICS qualified, with 3+ years post qualification experience.
