Job Details
Working closely with senior stakeholders you will implement and manage the property strategy to ensure the property portfolio of the organisation fit for the purpose. You will ensure the existing property team are delivering as agreed across all aspects of transactional, project and maintenance work using internal resource and external consultants as required.
You will hold an appropriate professional qualification in the property or construction field and ideally be RIBA, RICS or CIOB qualified. You must have senior level experience in managing property strategy in a complex, multi-site organisation; and ideally in a client side sector, such as retail, corporate, charity or leisure. This is a UK wide portfolio and travel is required, with regular visits as necessary to the main London office.
