Job Details
This role will run for a 9 month period until the end of November 2021 and is paying up to £45k pro-rata with a monthly car allowance.
This is an urgent hire and thus our client is looking to move quickly for the right candidate.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Controlling and managing the service delivery of a property portfolio with relevance to each asset/site which includes supporting the Senior Property Manager/Asset Managers
- Providing coaching and regular feedback of performance delivery and development of team members
- To meet set targets in respect of standards, income and cost control, contract placements, supply chain management and other KPIs, and to report accordingly. Maintaining knowledge and adherence to relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Regulations. Providing management data as required
- Stepping into site management responsibilities when no Site Managers present
- Health & Safety management and compliance
- Management of all minor works contracts
- Developing and maintaining good tenant relationships, enhancing company reputation
- Working closely with colleagues across all areas of the company, focusing on delivering Group objectives
- Ensuring Cost Control and working within defined budgets
- Maintain knowledge and adhere to relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and Regulations
- Develop and ensure safe working practices
Experience, Skills and Knowledge requirements include:
- Experience in manging multiple sites and large investments
- Proven knowledge and experience in delivering Health & Safety and dealing with small project works (hard and soft services)
- High level of interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with both internal and external parties
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise own and team workload
- Where relevant, experience of managing a team of people based in geographically disparate locations
- Excellent IT skills
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications required
- Clean driving licence
