Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

Hays are working with one of the UK's leading construction consultancies to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis. From their Belfast office, this multi-disciplinary consultancy have been involved with a number of landmark projects across Northern Ireland, mainly within the healthcare, commercial and civils sectors.

Your new role

As Project Manager you will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with a range of clients, whilst leading progress meetings and ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards. You will assist in the delivery of project management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery whilst managing tender documents, appraisals and negotiations.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be degree qualified in relevant discipline just as Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying. It is essential you have a minimum of 5 years industry experience within a construction consultancy environment. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Due to the nature of the projects it is essential that you have a working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
