Building Surveyor

A permanent position for a building surveyor with a firm or chartered surveyors.

Your new company
A firm of chartered surveyors based in Manchester looking to grow by another 7 surveyors. They currently are a team of 10 and are working across residential and commercial properties.

Your new role
Are you interested in building pathology and have excellent knowledge of building defects? Then this is the right role for you. This firm looks mainly at pre-purchase surveys and as such is able to put detailed reports together for the potential buyers. In this role you will focus predominantly on residential properties.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum Associate RICS with previous experience delivering building surveys focusing around building defects and pathology. If you have worked for a housing association or social housing this role will be an easy transition for you.
