We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Asset Management team. Working with an experienced team, the successful applicant will be responsible for all building surveying related activities on a defined patch including inspection, specification, contract administration and budget monitoring.

The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in a building related subject. You will be an experienced building surveyor and will understand the needs of diverse communities. In addition you will have excellent people skills and the ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
