Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator

March/April Start 2021!

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Graduate Project Manager or an Apprentice or even a Junior Project Manager with 6 months -1 year experience working with either a PM or Cost consultancy, to join a small team of Project Management experts in a fun and growing consultancy based in their London Office (when allowed). This Project Management Consultancy is a recognised, successful and thriving company and have continued to win more and more work this year and as such are looking to support their expanding team of project manager with an excellent Project Coordinator or Graduate in Construction Project Management or something similar.

You as a junior project manager or Project Coordinator will be working on a mixture of refurbishments, fit outs and new builds across the higher education, commercial & residential mixed use developments sectors, throughout London whilst supporting the project managers and senior project Managers with the project administration. General update of project scheduling, reporting, taking minutes and writing reports along with of course excellent IT skills and general all round excellent time management and organisational skills are key to being successful in this role.

If you are a recent graduate with a BSc in construction management (ideally with a RICS accredited degree) looking for your first or second role and have an enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to work, this role will be perfect for you! They are looking for an outgoing individual, a team player with the ability to build long term relationships, successfully manage complex projects in a proactive manner, prioritise workloads and deliver deadlines.
