Are you an experienced or newly qualified surveyor looking for a new challenge? Have you recently studied or have exposure as an Estates Surveyor? If so we have several exciting opportunities for Surveyors to join a leader in their field.

The successful Estates Surveyor will engage with landowners/landlords and their advisors, clients, contractors and other suppliers proactively on project work to ensure key objectives are met. 

You will be reviewing legal agreements, compiling valuation reports, obtaining comparables and undertaking planning enquiries. You will be issuing Heads of Terms, negotiating new agreements, providing related advice and liaising with our clients legal advisors.

Estates Surveyors with a degree in Property, Estates Management or equivalent coupled with RICS will be highly regarded.
