Interim Property Asset Manager

Interim Property Asset Manager – initial 3 month contract – day rate negotiable.
 
I’m excited to be working with this Central London based client - who own and actively manage a large commercial portfolio across the West End and Midtown. The role will involve the identification and execution of asset management opportunities to drive value via lease re-structuring, refurbishment or redevelopment. You will manage lease events and appointed agents to protect or improve value. 
 
You will ideally be MRICS qualified, be able to manage multiple stakeholders, have experience in Property and/or Asset Management, with a thorough understanding of commercial leases, in particular landlord and tenant legislation, an understanding of commercial property management, i.e. service charges and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
