Project manager, student accommodation, East Midlands, £40000 - £45000, HMO,
Your new company
You will work for a Financial investment business who fund schemes for student housing. They are a multi million pound business with a view to keep expanding.
Your new role
You will work as a Project Manager based in the Midlands, managing a number of projects within the student accommodation sector. These will range from HMOs, refurbishments and developments. You will ensure the contractors are working to specifications, as well as timelines and budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in construction project management, and ideally student accommodation. You will have a construction related qualification such as APM, MRICS or MCIOB.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid a competitive salary between £40000 - £45000 as well as the opportunity to work from home, working on Midlands based projects. You will be able to grow with the business and develop your career with a fantastic company
