Registered Valuer - Council - Lancashire - 6 Months - £35 per hour - Remote Working

My local authority client based in Lancashire is currently looking for an Interim Registered Valuer on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend looking likely. They are looking for someone who can work remotely but they do need a Surveyor who is based within the North West Region as you will be required to carry out ad hoc visits. 

Requirements: 

• Must be a Registered Valuer. 
• You will be required to carry out a number of asset valuations so experience on DRC and Red Book Valuations would be needed for this role. 
• The role will be heavily focussed on regeneration, project development and delivery, and valuation and purchasing of commercial and residential property.
• As well as Valuation knowledge, it is recommended that the right candidate will also understand general estates management such as rent reviews, leases and yields as there will be some L&T work involved
