An expanding, nationally operating property consultancy are looking to add to build upon the success of their Leicester building consultancy team with the appointment of an Associate Building Surveyor.

After continued success over the last year the consultancy has continued to win new and exciting instructions across all types of residential and commercial property, which has led them to looking to develop the team.

The Role of the Associate Building Surveyor?

Whilst undertaking a range of traditional building surveying instructions inclusive of.

• Contract administration
• Dilapidations
• Project management
• Building Pathology

The successful associate building surveyor will also take responsibility for the development of the building consultancy team and the mentoring of junior members of the team.
