Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

An independent West End based building surveying specialist is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their team.

My client is a dynamic building surveying specialist who work in the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. The organisation prides themselves on delivering high levels of service and professional advice.

A position has arisen for a driven Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team, you will work across both the professional and project disciplines. You will manage a prestigious client portfolio delivering schemes up to £5million. Work is predominately based in London and the surrounding Home Counties. You will be tasked with delivering multiple programmes at once whilst spotting new business development opportunities.

Clients: developers, financial institutions, investors, blue chip corporations and high net worth individuals.

About the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Proven fee earning experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
