Job title: Graduate Building Surveyor (Commercial)

Location: London

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a building surveying specialist in the City.

My client is a medium sized building surveying specialist who predominately undertake work in the commercial sector. They have built up a reputable reputation and 70% of their instructions is repeat business. The organisation are a professional close-knit team of surveyors who pride themselves on delivering high levels and advice.

Due to the increase in workload a position has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the team. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experience APC assessor. The practice is currently working on a mixture of survey and project work across London. The organisation are lead consultants on prestigious programmes which range up to value of £8million.  

We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor who has a minimum of 12 months private practice experience. The practice will offer their full support in ensuring your professional and career development is achieved.

About the Graduate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• 12 months minimum private practice experience
• Ideally started APC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
