Now due to the continued growth of their business are looking to hire 4 Senior Building Surveyors to join their Building Surveying team. The work is a fantastic mix of both professional and project, catering for public sector and private sector clients.

You will be reporting directly to the head of department, delivering anything from defect diagnosis and planned maintenance schedules to contract administration and employer’s agent.

This is an excellent client facing opportunity, offering fantastic development both professionally and personally and in a market of doom and gloom brings with it solid job security.

The successful Candidate?

• Experience in carrying out professional services/running projects
• Strong Contract Administration experience
• MRICS with 3+ year’s PQE
• Experience of working on projects across the social housing sector
• Ability to interface and liaise with clients/contractors at all levels
