To manage infrastructure, construction, procurement and delivery of projects
Client Details
Multinational Logistic & Industrial Developer. The client owns, develops and manages modern, high quality industrial and logistics space in London, the South East and the Midlands.
Description
- Early liaison with the development team to understand infrastructure requirements and reflect development requirements;
- Land appraisals, Due diligence, liaise with third parties to secure planning and implement works;
- Overall responsibility of the procurement of the main contractor and consultants to deliver the project requirements to budgets and timeframes agreed;
- Post contract liaison to ensure delivery and all commercial aspects of the project;
Projects vary from circa 50,000ft2 to 1,000,000ft2 (£5m - £50m)
Profile
Chartered (MRICS/MCIOB) with 5-10 years Construction/Consultancy/Client-side Project Management experience delivering large new-build project in retail warehouse/logistic, industrial, or leisure space
