Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum

A leading property consultant is looking to strengthen their Building Consultancy department with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor.

My client is a dynamic organisation who operates across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. They offer professional and accurate construction advice across the built environment. The organisation is currently managing large schemes across London and the surrounding Home Counties.

The Building Consultancy department plays an integral part in the practice’s success, they boast a stable and accomplished structure. The division has recently obtained several long-term instructions which has now led to a position in the team arising. We are looking for a commercial minded Chartered Building Surveyor to lead exclusive programmes from inception to completion. Work ranges from office fit-outs, refurbishment on high end residential blocks and large survey schemes.

• Party wall matters

• Planned maintenance programmes
• Design specification
• Expert witness

About the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing
• Full UK driver’s licence
