Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required at a London-based construction consultancy, to lead on a variety of projects within the residential, commercial and education sectors.

We have been appointed exclusively to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing construction consultancy in London. The business provides an excellent platform to develop your professional career and puts you in the perfect position to progress towards a director level role.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior quantity surveyor, to lead and deliver on a number of complex projects within the residential, commercial and education sectors up to £100 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeing projects from pre to post contract, whilst looking after the clients needs. You must have experience of managing high value projects with little to no supervision and be comfortable in a client facing environment. You must be chartered with RICS, circa 5 years PQE. The individual must also have UK experience with a property / construction consultancy.
