Your new role
You will be joining a well established property team who are dedicated to ensuring that care properties offer the highest possible standards of living. You'll be delivering planned maintenance works, overseeing day to day responsive repair issues, and assisting with the procurement and delivery of service contracts across the estate.

What you'll need to succeed
This would be a fantastic role for you should you be able to utilise a background as a Facilities Coordinator, Estates Assistant, Facilities Assistant, Maintenance Surveyor or if you have any previous experience operating within property compliance.
