Capital Works Team Leader - Local Authority Housing
Your new company
A local authority in Nottingham are looking to appoint a Capital Works Team Leader on an interim basis. The role is full time, Monday - Friday and is starting immediately. You will be based at home primarily and may be required to go out on site when necessary as part of your role.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing works for a variety of Housing projects. This will include planned works ie; planned modernisation- Bathrooms, Kitchens & Painting. Works may also include Fire Upgrades, Roofing or Heating system replacements. You will be required to manage the asset database using Capita Works. You will directly manage a variety of contractors and must so fantastic leadership skills and experience managing teams is a prerequisite for this post.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a good all-rounder who has good knowledge of a variety of trades with a housing background. You must also have experience managing contractors in a similar role. You must have experience using Housing Software (ideally Capita Works) and have the ability to manage the database. Ideally you will be available immediately for full time work.
