Location: Walton on Thames

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

An award winning multi-discipline practice is looking to add a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to their Walton on Thames offices.

My client is an established consultancy and is one of the South East’s leading construction firms in the public sector. They undertake RICS award winning projects for developers, schools, housing associations and councils. The organisation has successfully grown their service line and area coverage over the last three years.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join the team due to an increase in workload and organic expansion. The work is predominately based in Surrey and the local surrounding areas. This is a traditional building surveying role which focuses on projects. You will lead several multimillion pounds schemes from inception to completion. We are seeking an experienced professional who has proven client facing and delivery exposure.

About the Senior/Associate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS/MCIOB
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
