Interim Estates Team Leader - Council - 6 Months – West Midlands – £550 per day
My Local Authority Client based in the West Midlands is currently looking for an Interim Estates Team Leader to join the team on a 6 month contract. The role will initially be homeworking with a view to returning to the office as COVID-19 restrictions are reduced.
- The client is looking for someone MRICS qualified with considerable local authority experience.
- Responsibilities include: Managing and mentoring a small team of surveyors, acquisition of property/land for operational and CPO purposes, managing the disposal of surplus property. Valuations advice to the council will also be required.
-The role is homeworking but will require occasional site visits.
-The role will be reporting into the Head of Property.
