Beach Baker are exclusively acting for a highly successful and specialist consultancy business with their expansion plans for their South West office located in Bristol. The company are leaders in their sector and growing rapidly. They provide a very interesting and varied workload centred on providing strategic real estate advice to the health and social care sector. The Role:
The opportunity for the successful candidate will be to work as a an advisory, investment and development property partner to clients predominantly in the healthcare sector. These include the NHS, foundation trusts and other healthcare institutions. You will provide and deliver strategic asset management strategy advice directly for executive boards, stakeholders, in house property and finance directors. This may include option appraisals, commercial leasing advice, licences, disposals, acquisitions and the development of estate strategies. Other core surveying work may include asset valuation and development management advice.

Skills /Qualifications Required:
* Real Estate degree accredited by RICS
* Member of RICS - with 0-2 years PQE.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational & time management skills.
* Commercially minded, astute and market aware.
