Graduate Quantity Surveying role on the Essex/Herts border

Excellent opportunity to join a privately owned construction company at their office on the Essex/Hertfordshire border. The company has offices across the UK and due to a series of acquisitions are rapidly growing and in a very strong market position.

Your new role
As the Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside the experienced director on take-offs and measurements, cost modelling, budget preparation, sub-contractor management and final account negotiation. You will work alongside an experienced specialist surveying team and will benefit from 1-2-1 training and excellent career progression opportunities. This is an excellent role if you are looking for a high level of support and training.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will either have completed or partly completed a degree in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. You will need access to a vehicle for work purposes and should have excellent communication skills.
